We're moving to Kingston and Raleigh for our final segment on the Women's Sweet 16!
KINGSTON!
(1) Connecticut Huskies vs. 4 Penn State Nittany Lions
As good as Baylor may be, UConn has looked better. The Nittany Lions have played well, taking out 5 LSU and 13 UTEP both by double digits. However, UConn just took out a pretty decent K-State team 72-26. TWENTY-SIX POINTS. I'm not sure I can pick against that. Sorry Penn Staters.
Robby's pick: UConn
(2) Kentucky Wildcats vs. 11 Gonzaga Bulldogs
Kentucky just survived two upset attempts, and in UW-Green Bay's defense, it wouldn't have been that big of an upset. Everyone knows how good the Phoenix are. Gonzaga, however, has proved they are capable of the upset. I'm not sure I trust Kentucky to survive a third close game, so I'm going with the Zags!
Robby's pick: Gonzaga
RALEIGH!
(1) Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs. (5) St. Bonaventure Bonnies
Maybe not the best video choice, but the song mentions Raleigh, and no one else does, so we're going with it. Notre Dame has looked as advertised, taking down 8 Cal and 16 Liberty. St. Bonaventure survived two close games against Marist and Florida Gulf Coast. Yep. Marist.... and Florida Gulf Coast. I'm big on not playing down to your competition, it doesn't bode well down the stretch. Notre Dame advances.
Robby's pick: Notre Dame
(2) Maryland Terrapins vs. (3) Texas A&M Aggies
This could be the best game of the night. A&M just survived a good shot from their soon to be SEC Rivals in Arkansas. Maryland held off Louisville last round. A&M may have been last year's Champions, but injuries have held them back, and I'm seeing Maryland coming through in a close game.
Robby's pick: Maryland
